tipstheodds: (—lure them in)

[ it's funny how this is basically a reverse of the job in istanbul, harry at ease and nate on edge, and he just laughs a little as he catches the binoculars tossed at him. as nate goes to take stock he takes a brief peek through the binoculars, looking over the guards and their firepower before putting them down and reaching into his pocket to unfold a map. hand-drawn, of course, all neat lines and notes jotted in artistic but readable handwriting - things like positions of guard towers, unwatched spaces and easy access points, numbers and patrols. harry flynn is very thorough when it comes to his plans.

he waves nate over before he starts running him through it again, using the map as a visual guide and pointing out places on the actual compound below them as he goes. ]
Right. We rappel down the cliff - we'll be safe, it's dark enough that no one will be able to see us from this distance - and slide ourselves up to that wall over there. The guard changes in about fifteen minutes, and there's a blind spot when it does, so we'll use it to climb up the wall. We'll be behind the vehicle yard when we drop down, so we'll have plenty of cover.

From there, we split up. There's a good spot for you to hide here - [ he points out the location on the map, then gestures to it at the compound, making sure nate's eyes go to it. ] until I set off a diversion on the far side of the compound to draw the guards away from you. When they're gone you can duck in and swipe the target and meet only minimal resistance. Just make sure you don't move until it happens. I'll grab us a few fancy trinkets and baubles, meet you back at the vehicle yard, and then we're out of here.

[ he claps gloved hands together, looking up from the map to smirk at nate, all confidence. ] Got it?
